Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and long-range financial modelling.
  • •Deliver financial insights to support executive decision-making and identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • •Drive financial performance reviews across clinics and healthcare business units, supporting profitability and efficiency improvements.
  • •Oversee governance and compliance: financial controls, audit readiness, monthly reporting, statutory requirements, and key stakeholder relationships.
  • •Lead and develop the finance team, partnering with senior leadership and driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CFA.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ finance experience and at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
  • •Extensive healthcare finance experience across hospitals, healthcare groups, clinic networks, medical centres, day surgery centres, and healthcare services.
  • •Strong FP&A and commercial finance/business partnering experience, including multi-site healthcare operations.
