Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, test, and optimize conversational prompt scripts for real-time Voice AI applications.
  • •Develop tailored prompt systems and persona frameworks for diverse client accounts and industries.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams, product managers, and external client stakeholders to improve conversational accuracy and tone.
  • •Analyze edge cases, user responses, and latency factors to refine prompt performance.
  • •Continuously improve prompt behavior to reduce hallucinations in voice interactions.

Key Requirements
