Job Summary

Lead revenue intelligence by defining and owning core business metrics, KPIs, and a revenue data model roadmap. Build source-of-truth executive reporting for KPI pacing, territory execution, and pipeline health, and run a sales experimentation framework. Partner with data engineering and BI to align on dashboard and attribution model accuracy, uncover performance bottlenecks and anomalies through deep-dive analytics, and translate insights into executive-ready strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, standardize, and own core revenue business metrics and KPIs.
•Build automated executive reporting interfaces for intra-quarter KPI pacing and sales performance.
•Lead deep-dive strategic analytics to uncover performance bottlenecks, expansion opportunities, and pipeline anomalies.
•Partner with Data Engineering and BI teams to coordinate the revenue data model roadmap for executive reporting needs.
•Develop a sales experimentation framework and translate analytical findings into executive-level presentations and recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 220,000

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in sales analytics, revenue intelligence, business intelligence, or corporate data analytics, with leadership/team management experience preferred.
•Expert proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker preferred), with experience designing executive-facing dashboards.
•Experience designing complex data visualization models tracking business performance indicators like KPI pacing, pipeline coverage, and territory performance metrics.
•Strong statistical analysis and experimentation foundation, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
•Ability to translate complex datasets into digestible, strategic narratives for non-technical executives and coordinate with technical backend groups to build business-ready data assets.
