Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer in implementing the quality management system at site per the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Prepare and submit work inspection requests (WIR) for construction activities and ensure inspection coverage matches site activities.
  • •Check incoming materials against project specifications and approved material submittals; raise NCR to suppliers for substandard material and include inspection records in the monthly quality report.
  • •Monitor WIRs and test reports, update relevant departments on job status, and maintain records for weekly progress meetings.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience in QA/QC.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • •Knowledge of quality standards and specifications including ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE), plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field or Civil Engineering.
