•Participate in digitalization of employees’ daily work and machine vision/vision system projects.
•Develop practical solutions for real business challenges alongside experienced P&G managers over the project duration (3–6 months).

Key Requirements

•Third- or fourth-year bachelor’s students, first- or second-year master’s students, or recent graduates up to two years after graduation.

•Good English proficiency (B1 level or higher).
•Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
•Ready to work full-time (40 hours per week) and be based in St. Petersburg or relocate with company support.
