Key Responsibilities

  • •Leads and mentors a Federal design team, guiding design development, review, and contract administration, with focus on healthcare or large campus program/project management
  • •Acts as primary liaison between internal/external project partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination of action plans
  • •Interprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates technical assignments and engineering tasks for unique or controversial problems
  • •Independently guides technical matters on projects and consults with Technical Leadership on complex building code issues
  • •Leads a team of Architects and/or designers, orchestrating activities across the project with significant autonomy
