Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, products, services, and risk profile to guide risk judgment.
  • •Advise business partners during FS audit & exam engagements and help interpret risk implications.
  • •Identify and assess how changes in the regulatory environment affect business objectives and risk appetite.
  • •Analyze data to identify risks and trends and provide insights for internal decision-making.
  • •Escalate risk management gaps and concerns to executive management (and when appropriate, the Board) and drive remediation of process breakdowns.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in project, process, program, or risk management.
  • •Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree, MBA, or Juris Doctorate.
  • •1+ years of experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • •2+ years of exposure to audit & exam engagements.
