Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the MD & Head to design and execute business growth strategy and ensure alignment with business vision.
  • •Manage origination and business development activities, including deal pipeline review, revenue tracking, and KPI evaluation.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to streamline deal origination and drive cross-sale with product partners.
  • •Facilitate inbound and outbound cross-border business flows through collaboration with HSBC global offices.
  • •Conduct market intelligence on competitor positioning, regulatory shifts, and emerging trends; represent senior leadership in key forums.
