Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both technician and customers.
  • •Use coaching and leadership training to grow within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record; ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
  • •Ability to install, service, and troubleshoot smart home systems, with technical aptitude for installs (cable/satellite install, construction, solar, or similar experience helpful).
  • •Sales mindset and experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales.
  • •Customer-first behavior with the ability to build rapport and act with integrity.
  • •Ability to lift/carry up to 45 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
