Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students in a virtual environment.
  • •Personalize learning and differentiate instruction based on student mastery.
  • •Maintain the grade book, manage placement/promotion decisions, and alert administrators to performance/progress concerns.
  • •Communicate with and support students and learning coaches/parents, including virtual troubleshooting aligned with academy policies.
  • •Travel as required (on average once per month and/or approximately 20% of the time) for professional development and student testing.
