Own procurement strategy for an assigned commodity within the Florence shop, driving long-term plans, supplier selection and management, and integrating commodity needs into product leadership, sales, engineering, and manufacturing objectives. Lead negotiations to secure cost, quality, and schedule outcomes, manage purchase order execution and strategic partnerships, and deliver procurement initiatives through data-driven S&OP planning and cost-out improvements, supporting business KPIs.
