Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the DashPass merchant co-funding strategy end to end, defining which benefits merchants should fund and building the merchant-facing business case.
  • •Build and defend the DashPass merchant value proposition by quantifying incremental volume, acquisition, and order frequency attributable to DashPass.
  • •Represent DashPass co-funding requirements for promotions and monetization, shaping offer types, targeting, eligibility, and measurement for the roadmap.
  • •Act as the DRI in merchant commercial conversations by sizing DashPass components in long-term agreements and setting guardrails to protect long-term economics.
  • •Translate strategy into operational experiments with measurable outcomes, then scale processes and tools that work.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, commercial strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business development, product operations, or a closely related field; track record of end-to-end ownership of ambiguous problems.
  • •Build business cases for a two-sided value exchange where decisions must work for stakeholders with competing economics.
  • •Comfortable in or adjacent to commercial conversations (MSAs, up-front agreements, pricing, partnerships) and able to hold your ground with competing incentives.
  • •Strong quantitative and structured problem-solving skills; can self-serve data with intermediate+ SQL/Excel and defend conclusions to skeptical executives.
  • •A bachelor’s degree.
