Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance on paint shop electrical systems including motors, drives, panels, sensors, actuators, and power distribution equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in conveyors, spray booths, ovens, robots, pumps, fans, and utility systems.
  • •Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns, using drawings/schematics to diagnose faults and coordinating with automation and mechanical maintenance teams.
  • •Support predictive maintenance activities such as insulation resistance testing, thermal scanning, and condition monitoring.
  • •Assist with installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment, while verifying safety and readiness before handover to production.

Key Requirements
