Key Responsibilities

•Define, prioritize, and drive the future roadmap for project management capabilities aligned to customer needs and business goals.
•Own end-to-end delivery of a new, scalable Gantt View experience with high-quality customer outcomes.
•Partner closely with design, engineering, user research, data science, and analytics to create, test, and launch new capabilities.
•Use internal and external data to guide experimentation, product decisions, and evaluate launch success.
•Regularly present product strategy, concepts, health metrics, and roadmap updates to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of progressive product management experience, ideally for B2B/enterprise or scaled consumer software.
•Proven experience partnering with engineering, design, user research, and marketing to deliver complex software products from inception through launch.
•Technical degree or equivalent experience working closely with engineers to make product and technical decisions.
•Strong, data-driven approach using metrics, analytics, and experimentation to guide product decisions.
•Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to lead cross-functional work and align senior management.
