Job Summary

Manage a team of ~10 developers responsible for infrastructure development for the BMC AMI product. Lead employee hiring, mentoring, task prioritization, evaluation, and career development. Drive modern product installation technologies and redesign the CI/CD system to support a robust AWS & Kubernetes-based platform handling many CI/CD processes. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Support, and Product Management to translate business requirements into secure, high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage ~10 employees, including hiring, coaching/mentoring, task management, employee evaluation, and career development.
•Implement modern product installation technologies.
•Lead CI/CD system redesign to build a robust AWS & Kubernetes-based system supporting large numbers of CI/CD processes.
•Collaborate with development teams, QA, DevOps, Support, and Product Management to deliver infrastructure improvements.
•Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,525,000 - 5,875,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12 years of experience in direct management of development teams.
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•Proven experience leading engineering teams or complex technical delivery.
•Significant software development experience, including mainframe systems, enterprise software, or mission-critical product development.
•Strong experience with distributed software development lifecycles and practices, plus software quality practices (test planning, defect management, release readiness).
