Job Summary

Drive business growth for the Ocean Division by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with shipowners and ship management companies, and supporting customer projects from early design through execution. Collaborate with Alfa Laval sales organizations globally, monitor market trends, and develop growth strategies for Sustainable Shipping. Promote and sell marine sustainability solutions such as PureSOx, PureBallast Retrofit, Oceanbird, and E-PowerPack while representing the company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain relationships with shipowners, ship management companies, and key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
•Support customers in selecting Alfa Laval equipment for shipyard projects across major shipbuilding countries, from design through execution.
•Collaborate with Alfa Laval sales organizations worldwide to manage shipowner opportunities and share market intelligence.
•Drive sales and business development for the Sustainable Shipping portfolio, supporting decarbonization and environmental compliance.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activity to develop market insights, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies, and represent the company at industry events.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in the maritime industry, preferably in technical sales and product sales.
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
•Solution-oriented, proactive approach to business development.
•Experience with ERP systems and CRM tools (OneCRM experience is an advantage).
