Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Learn and assist in multiple store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 16 years or older.
  • •Have at least O Level or above.
  • •Have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Be fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • •Be able to work a rotational shift schedule, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
