Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end technical approach for client connectivity implementations, including architecture decisions, sequencing, and technical artefacts.
•Lead technical client workshops to document current-state processes and define target-state automation across AP, AR, treasury, payroll, bank statements, and reconciliation.
•Design connectivity solutions across APIs, SWIFT connectivity, and H2H/file-based connectivity, including HSBCnet channel alignment as required.
•Translate client requirements into technical deliverables (data mapping, message specifications, control points, exception handling) and document scope, assumptions, dependencies, and controls.
•Lead end-to-end delivery (planning, execution, cutover), manage technical risks, coordinate testing, and monitor post-launch connectivity performance and stability.

•Experience with ISO 20022 standards, including mapping, testing, and validation in real delivery contexts.
•Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and serve as an escalation point across business and technology stakeholders.
