Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complex, high-value overdue accounts and take them from start to resolution through settlement, litigation, or insolvency.
  • •Manage a portfolio with outstanding balances up to £1m, handling inbound and outbound calls, letters, and emails.
  • •Review the financial and asset picture of each case to determine the best recovery route.
  • •Recommend, evidence, and monitor the appropriate recovery strategy, including repayment arrangements and consequences for non-payment.
  • •Instruct and liaise with internal paralegals and external insolvency practitioners.

Key Requirements
