Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate organizational vision into prioritized technical roadmaps, resource allocations, and cross-team execution plans in partnership with the department head.
  • •Execute and tune department operating cadence (executive business reviews, operational reviews, and C-level briefings) and unblock cross-team dependencies.
  • •Define and scale Operational Excellence and resilience across networking, cloud, platform, and datacenter functions, including observability and incident recovery strategies.
  • •Single-thread and quarterback high-stakes flagship engineering programs across hybrid infrastructure, manufacturing systems/networking, sovereign defense enclaves, and multi-cloud enablement.
  • •Lead resilience initiatives including automated zonal failure detection/mitigation and architecture validation/readiness for DoD/warfighter scenario builds.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of technical program management, engineering, or engineering leadership experience delivering complex programs across distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.
  • •Experience acting as a strategic advisor/Principal TPM/Chief of Staff counterpart to executive engineering leaders, including cross-organizational strategy, resource prioritization, and executive reporting.
  • •Hands-on expertise building and running Operational Excellence (OE), SRE, or High Availability (HA) frameworks across multi-region cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid/datacenter environments.
  • •Proven track record leading large-scale incident mitigation, failure testing, and automated resilience initiatives with aggressive recovery time objectives.
  • •Broad technical literacy across core IT/infrastructure domains (cloud architectures, networking such as LAN/WAN/routing/SD-WAN, compute/virtualization/Kubernetes, and enterprise security/IAM).
