Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of internal or supplier electrical systems/sub-systems for small-to-medium scope projects.
  • •Lead development of modeling, simulation, and analysis; produce design requirements and designs for electrical systems/sub-systems.
  • •Participate in planning and maintaining schedules for assigned work.
  • •Resolve a wide range of technical issues across mixed technical and non-technical domains, evaluating solution options objectively.
  • •Mentor/coaches less experienced employees and participate in cross-hardware and cross-functional teams; take on feature/technical lead roles on smaller projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • •No less than 8 years designing and developing electrical solutions, including 6+ years designing and developing motion control solutions.
  • •Knowledge of electric drive and servo control, and ability to complete electrical diagram design independently.
  • •Strong analog/audio/digital circuit design knowledge, including AC-DC power supply or high-voltage inverter design with PWM control algorithms.
  • •Basic FPGA application development skills; experience with PCB design and design/testing standards (IEC 60601, IPC-610/IPC-620, ISO13485 preferred).
