Key Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise the production of detailed electrical designs for building services projects within the MEP discipline.
•Review design programmes and ensure sufficient resources are available to complete works in line with technical and commercial delivery targets.
•Engage with clients, contractors and design team members in technical discussions, coordination, and debates to achieve project goals.
•Oversee feasibility studies for projects and direct the production of detailed performance specifications for the discipline.
•Develop junior staff and provide line management and mentoring as part of project delivery.

Key Requirements

•BEng/BSc/MEng in an applicable engineering discipline
•Chartership (CIBSE / IET / Engineering Council) or working towards it
•RevitMEP training applied to the discipline
•A proven track record of delivering a variety of projects in terms of scale and sector
•Ability to engage with clients, contractors and design team members in technical discussions and coordination
