Job Summary

Coordinate the full rental experience for contractors and construction company leaders, responding to inbound leads and guiding customers through the rental process. Build and maintain customer relationships, address inquiries and complaints promptly, and educate customers on equipment and services that help them save, earn more, and operate efficiently. Use the company’s T3 technology to keep machine information current while developing strategies to grow market share and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
•Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals and educating them on cost and efficiency benefits.
•Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and communicate new or additional ways to improve their business.
•Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
•Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.5 - 30 hourly
