Key Responsibilities

•Investigate and determine whether medical insurance claims are recoverable or non-recoverable from a liable third party.
•Communicate and negotiate with healthcare plan members, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.
•Use computer systems to accurately document collected information.
•Apply organizational, analytical, and time management skills to manage daily workflow.
•Review and understand healthcare contracts, create medical expense spreadsheets, and process payments from recoveries.
