Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate winding machines to produce coils to specifications on winding sheets, diagrams, and order pouches.
  • •Read and interpret winding specification documents, including recording coil number and revision.
  • •Install and adjust devices on the coil winding machine to meet window sizing specifications and verify material alignment.
  • •Load strip, conductor, and insulating paper, adjust the machine for materials, and place and adjust the coil form per specification.
  • •Fold, insulate, tape-weld leads, crimp wire to static shielding, and complete pack out for each coil section as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 6 months of experience OR education in manufacturing, military, or a related field.
  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of one (1) year of manufacturing experience or military technical training.
  • •Minimum of six (6) months prior coil winding experience.
  • •Ability to work overtime when required and lift up to 50 lbs while performing essential duties.
