Key Responsibilities

  • •Provides a safe and secure environment in the hotel by ensuring proper security methods and procedures are carried out consistently
  • •Ensures that all employees follow safety rules and procedures
  • •Takes corrective action where required to improve safety of work areas
  • •Improves safety and security at hotel by communicating hazards with department heads and taking appropriate corrective actions
  • •Completes daily security log, including pertinent information from the shift

Key Requirements

  • •Associates/Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred; additional training (e.g. military, law enforcement) is highly desirable

  • •Strong verbal and interpersonal skills; works well independently or as part of a team
