Job Summary

Support Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) delivery for Central European clients, helping teams execute strategic consulting projects focused on the Austrian market. Perform detailed analysis on client data to identify trends and themes, and conduct market research to surface insights in the payments industry. Assist with client presentations by adapting templates, and support senior consultants with advisory solutions such as business strategy, pricing, segmentation, and customer experience improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Support a team of experienced professionals delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.
•Complete detailed analysis on client data to identify preliminary trends and themes with guidance.
•Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payments industry.
•Support development of client-specific presentations by adapting templates for unique scenarios and needs.
•Support senior consultants in developing and delivering advisory solutions (e.g., business strategy, product development & pricing, segmentation, customer experience improvement).

Key Requirements

•Fluent English and German, both written and spoken.
•2 or more years of consulting experience.
•Experience in the payments industry, digital payments, or payment processing (preferred).
•Strategic and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail across multiple sources of information.
•Ability to execute quantitative and qualitative analysis with some guidance.
