Job Summary

Source, shape, and execute venture capital investments for the Applied Ventures corporate venture arm. Lead end-to-end diligence across technology, market, team, IP, manufacturability, unit economics, and customer validation, building models and drafting IC memos. Support the portfolio through KPI tracking, board prep, follow-on strategy, and customer introductions, while representing the firm across industry and academic forums.

•Lead end-to-end diligence and execute deals, coordinating technical diligence with R&D and business units.

•Support portfolio growth through KPI tracking, board prep, follow-on strategy, and customer introductions.
•Represent Applied Ventures in industry, university, and government forums and contribute to reporting and fund strategy.

Key Requirements

•Earn an MBA from a top program and/or an MS/PhD in a relevant STEM field.
•4–8+ years post-graduate experience across venture capital or growth equity, strategy/consulting, and technology product development in deep tech/semis/hardware/materials/AI.
•Deep tech and AI experience is required.
•Hands-on exposure to at least one area such as semiconductors, advanced packaging, advanced materials, photonics, AI/ML hardware, Physical AI, AI for Science/Materials, energy-efficient computing, or displays.
•Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end work product such as IC memos, technical diligence, financial models, and product strategy.
