Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility.
  • •Ensure efficient utilization of equipment and tool resources to minimize waste, downtime, and unit cost.
  • •Problem-solve equipment operation and manufacturing process issues to maximize output.
  • •Create, track, and close work orders, parts orders, and inventory control using maintenance software.
  • •Provide coverage for plant operations during all production periods, including rotating shifts, regular and weekend overtime, and coverage for absences.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in high-quality cartons packaging (e.g., tobacco, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics).
  • •A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • •Broad knowledge of cleaning and lubricating shafts, bearings, and gears.
  • •Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting plus hydraulic and pneumatic equipment repairs and replacement of gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.
  • •Knowledge of PLCs and motor control circuits, with experience troubleshooting DC and AC circuits from 24 VDC to 480 volts AC.
