•Perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility.
•Ensure efficient utilization of equipment and tool resources to minimize waste, downtime, and unit cost.
•Problem-solve equipment operation and manufacturing process issues to maximize output.
•Create, track, and close work orders, parts orders, and inventory control using maintenance software.
•Provide coverage for plant operations during all production periods, including rotating shifts, regular and weekend overtime, and coverage for absences.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in high-quality cartons packaging (e.g., tobacco, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics).
•A high school diploma or GED is required.
•Broad knowledge of cleaning and lubricating shafts, bearings, and gears.
•Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting plus hydraulic and pneumatic equipment repairs and replacement of gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.
•Knowledge of PLCs and motor control circuits, with experience troubleshooting DC and AC circuits from 24 VDC to 480 volts AC.
