Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide best-in-class virtual clinical care for underserved Medicare patients by collaborating with nurse practitioners and using internal care delivery technology.
  • •Supervise nurse practitioners who provide multidisciplinary care to individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorder, homelessness, and high medical needs.
  • •Support care coordination and provide thoughtful, high-quality clinical supervision for complex patients.
  • •Help develop and refine clinical programs to address barriers and gaps in patients’ whole-person care.
  • •Collaborate and grow with a diverse, interdisciplinary care team while supporting urgent needs during PST hours.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of clinical experience serving patients with complex social and healthcare needs.
  • •Experience working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
  • •Board certification or eligibility as a Family Physician and being eligible to enroll in Medicare.
  • •Technology-savvy and experienced with digital-first care (e.g., telemedicine) and working across tech platforms.
  • •Medical license in California (plus additional state licensure or willingness to obtain), and active CA DEA or willingness to get one.
