Job Summary

Partner with leadership to coach and execute the full client life cycle for preferred banking clients, delivering the department’s sales, service, and operations philosophy. Serve as a subject matter expert for complex client requests, advising on treasury management, deposit operations, and related technical needs across commercial and personal accounts. Lead day-to-day work distribution, ensure service-level and compliance standards, and support strategic initiatives driven by data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Coach and execute the full preferred banking client life cycle, responding to and resolving client requests and providing expert advice using treasury management, loans, and deposit-related services.
•Be a subject matter expert for complex client requests, assist the team in executing the client life cycle, and identify opportunities to promote bank products based on client patterns and needs.
•Manage distribution of work for the designated team, facilitate cross-training, and report production, turnaround times, and other key data points to management.
•Ensure team service levels across sales, customer service, turnaround time, risk management, regulatory compliance, audit soundness, and productivity/efficiency.
•Assist leadership with strategic business initiatives driven by data analytics and may indirectly lead, mentor, and develop other junior team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,000 - 103,800 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations, or a similar field.
•High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, new account opening, loan administration, and treasury management.
•Intermediate to advanced business, legal, and technical writing ability with knowledge of industry-standard writing specifications.
•Advanced speaking and writing communication skills; entry-level to intermediate sales and service experience in business deposits or treasury management products.
