Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full AR/collections lifecycle including aging management, outreach, follow-up, dispute resolution, payment application coordination, and account reconciliation.
  • •Execute collections activities in adherence to SOPs for collecting, suspending services, and escalations.
  • •Manage dunning workflows and proactively engage customers on past-due balances to drive down DSO and reduce aged balances while maintaining a clean AR ledger.
  • •Serve as the first line of response for AR/collections inquiries across email and ticketing platforms, investigating and resolving independently or escalating when required.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex account issues, support monthly/quarterly close with AR/collections context and data, and surface patterns and systemic issues with proposed fixes.

Key Requirements
