Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementations for new Box customers, including project planning and resource management.
  • •Execute customer-specific visioning, initial onboarding support, and adoption/continued-use planning.
  • •Manage project progress and handle issues/risks and resource allocation; report status to stakeholders.
  • •Understand customer use cases and requirements, apply Box best practices, and advise on design and configuration.
  • •Support troubleshooting, large-scale data migration, and propose end-to-end solutions including integrations with third-party products.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year degree.
  • •6+ years of consulting experience, including in-house IT consulting or external consulting at a consulting firm or software company.
  • •Experience with project management and strong customer management, including planning and executing implementation with customers.
  • •Experience delivering enterprise-scale deployments.
  • •Fluent Japanese and English (reading/writing), and familiarity with SaaS implementations (enterprise software experience is a plus).
