Builder - Head of Finance

Own the company’s finance function end-to-end, leading FP&A, accounting/financial operations, performance analytics, treasury/tax/compliance, and board/investor reporting. Build a scalable finance operating system with trusted KPI reporting, forecasting, and automation. Partner with founders and the executive team to model scenarios, guide capital allocation, and tell clear financial narratives for board meetings, fundraising, and growth planning—while leading and developing the finance organization.
