Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine machine operations and produce product at the required standard work rate.
  • •Read and interpret process sheets; deburr and clean parts; gauge parts and assess acceptance to blueprint specifications.
  • •Make minor offset changes (if required) with oversight, and frequently utilize measuring devices.
  • •Clock labor in Solumina; perform preventative maintenance and document results; maintain check sheets and run charts with dimensional data.
  • •Complete daily walk around (DWA), use communication logs, maintain clean work areas/equipment, and follow ACE/EH&S/PPE requirements.
