Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out repairs and maintenance across plumbing, minor building works, grounds work, drainage, plastering, tiling, decorating, and other general trades.
  • •Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance with a focus on achieving a “Right First Time” outcome.
  • •Identify the best repair solutions while maintaining high safety standards.
  • •Use electronic and paper-based systems to log work and materials accurately.
  • •Support colleagues with technical expertise and participate in standby rota out-of-hours cover when required.
