Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global delivery of HR Operations and Shared Services, ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant execution of employee lifecycle and payroll processes across regions.
  • •Develop and execute the HR Service Delivery strategy with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), Digital & Technology, Finance, and Global Services leadership.
  • •Drive operational excellence via process standardization, continuous improvement, automation, digitization, and simplification to enhance employee and manager experience.
  • •Leverage technology, analytics, self-service capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions to improve service efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
  • •Establish and govern global service delivery performance through SLAs, KPIs, customer experience metrics, and governance processes; ensure compliance, controls, data privacy, and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • •15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or HR Transformation environments.
  • •Proven track record leading global teams and large-scale transformation initiatives focused on service delivery optimization, process improvement, automation, and organizational change.
  • •Strong expertise in payroll governance, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, compliance, controls, and service management in multinational organizations.
  • •Experience implementing digital HR solutions using data, analytics, workflow technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes.
