Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Support a major multi-phase hyperscale data center construction program by delivering disciplined cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting across a large campus. Serve as a key client interface, coordinate cost inputs across designers and contractors, and present executive-level monthly reporting. Lead change-management, procurement support, commercial negotiations, and cost-risk/value-engineering activities, including mission-critical MEP systems, while ensuring compliance with Turner & Townsend business management processes.
