Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Construction Manager and General Superintendent with site-related engineering and construction changes, resolutions, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • •Coordinate engineering and construction activities including Site Change Orders, discipline coordination, final inspection, and punch list support.
  • •Supervise site document management and ensure compliance with correspondence and filing system guidelines.
  • •Manage procurement, fabrication, and installation coordination, and run the RFI system for tracking, control, and closeout into turnover systems.
  • •Capture daily progress in WorkFace Planning, run weekly planning meetings, generate weekly IWP work plans, request materials via WRFIs, and record lessons learned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 162,006 - 211,519 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • •Approximately 7 to 10 years of experience in construction.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of construction procedures, progress systems, material management, document management, and timekeeping systems.
  • •Advanced understanding of construction sequencing and construction techniques.
  • •Leadership, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and meet deadlines.
