Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to the Crew Leader Handbook and represent company leadership attributes while developing others.
  • •Safely and proficiently operate a Class A or B motor vehicle, including an articulating boom loader (ABL).
  • •Verify truck loads against customer purchase orders before leaving the yard and perform final delivery order accuracy checks.
  • •Assist with safe loading and unloading of materials and direct others to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • •Ensure jobsite completion is safe and compliant with OSHA and DOT, and be accountable for team member safety and equipment integrity.
