Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with creating, maintaining, scanning, filing, retrieving, tracking, and destruction of electronic and physical personnel security records and case files.
  • •Review personnel security forms and documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; perform data entry in personnel security databases.
  • •Monitor central Outlook mailboxes and respond to inquiries and status requests; receive and route telephone calls, mail, and facsimile receipts.
  • •Pull, file, and update fingerprint cards and inventory storage; support property control and equipment inventory.
  • •Create electronic case files and assign case files for security processing; perform case file quality assurance reviews and prepare draft paperwork for FOIA requests as directed.
