Key Responsibilities

  • •Enhance AV operations by developing visualization dashboards and metrics to identify issues and enable proactive detection using preventive metrics.
  • •Lead APAC deployment of new AV technologies across multiple countries to ensure consistent implementation and performance.
  • •Perform risk assessments and develop scalable, stable technical solutions to maintain robust audio-visual system performance.
  • •Streamline AV workflows by optimizing/automating processes, standardizing troubleshooting, and refining escalation procedures while aligning with global standards with vendors.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional work across multiple projects and stakeholders to ensure timely, reliable delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in audio-visual system design, handover, maintenance, and operations.
  • •Proven experience supporting video conferencing operations (e.g., Zoom, Lark, GoogleMeet) and interoperability with Audinate DDM, including deployment operating/support for at least 3 years.
  • •Experience applying audio quality and level standards (e.g., ITU-R BS.1770, AES, SMPTE) using measurement/monitoring tools such as QLab, Dante Controller, or similar, plus testing & commissioning experience with key stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency with acoustic testing software (e.g., Smaart, Systune, REW) and advanced AV certifications such as CTS or equivalent.
