Job Summary

Lead the Digital PMO for Greater China, building a scalable, agile-aligned governance model that unifies digital projects, programs, and portfolios. Translate delivery insights into executive narratives and represent the PMO in leadership forums to improve delivery predictability, flow efficiency, and innovation adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and scale a future-ready Digital PMO by defining standardized project/program management frameworks aligned to global Agile methodologies and operating lightweight governance rituals.
•Oversee and develop a growing team of IC project managers, providing career guidance, performance oversight, and capability development.
•Lead end-to-end portfolio planning (intake, evaluation, sequencing, sunsetting) and maintain capability metrics and delivery KPIs to assess portfolio health and outcomes.
•Partner with Finance and function leaders to develop annual and quarterly CAPEX/OPEX plans for digital investments, ensuring forecasting, allocation, and tracking.
•Establish a technology strategy framework for Greater China and represent the PMO in executive meetings, presenting portfolio performance, risks, and innovation pilots while bridging business and technology leadership.

Key Requirements

•Proven end-to-end portfolio management experience, including prioritization, governance, value tracking, and cross-program alignment across complex digital/technology portfolios.
•Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) and experience scaling Agile across departments or enterprises.
•Certified and practicing Scrum Coach (e.g., CSP-SM, CTC, or equivalent), mentoring Scrum Masters and embedding Agile mindsets beyond ceremonies.
•Exceptional English communication skills for business and technical contexts, influencing stakeholders and presenting to C-suite and cross-functional leaders.
•Practical experience using AI-powered tools in Agile/PM contexts (e.g., AI-assisted backlog refinement, sprint analytics, risk prediction, automated reporting, or GenAI coaching support).
