Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assembly, build, and test operations on space and aerospace hardware using approved procedures, drawings, and work instructions.
  • •Set up and operate specialized production and test equipment (including ovens, test stands, and leak/pressure test systems).
  • •Execute Dye Penetrant (Dye Pen) processes and complete required pre-cleaning, application, inspection, and post-cleaning steps.
  • •Follow quality, safety, EHS, and housekeeping standards, including proper PPE use and maintaining a clean work area.
  • •Accurately document work in manufacturing systems and support issue escalation, troubleshooting/rework, and schedule recovery (including overtime/weekend work as required).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27 - 37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in a related area of responsibility.
  • •Previous solder and test equipment experience.
  • •Ability to follow detailed procedures, drawings, and work instructions for precision assembly, inspection, and testing.
  • •U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR and compliance with ITAR requirements for space and defense programs.
