Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account teams to deliver pre-sales technical consultation, solution design, product demos, and proof-of-concepts tailored to enterprise needs.
  • •Lead the architecture and deployment of enterprise-grade WiFi, switches, routers, and security and cloud solutions.
  • •Present technical content to diverse audiences, including IT stakeholders, channel partners, and internal teams.
  • •Serve as a technical bridge between the customer and NETGEAR’s Support organization, facilitating smooth post-sales transitions, managing escalations, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.
  • •Act as the voice of the customer by gathering, analyzing, and articulating technical feedback and feature requests to Product Management, helping shape product direction and ensuring customer needs are reflected in future releases.
