Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Sustainability Lead and Local Environment Officer (LEO) with environmental management/protection tasks for Allianz Direct.
  • •Help shape internal communication measures to improve workforce environmental awareness and organizational unit environmental performance.
  • •Collect, consolidate, and analyze environmental and reporting data, with a focus on travel data.
  • •Support the implementation, control, and further development of environmental and energy management systems.
  • •Assist with operational tasks such as planning, coordination, preparation of materials, and event/meeting/workshop follow-ups, including training and learning product initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •You are currently working towards a master's degree in sustainability, economics, business administration, environmental sciences, environmental engineering, and/or a related field.
  • •Strong interest and/or knowledge in sustainable business practices or environmental management.
  • •Track record in using AI efficiently.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
  • •Confident using MS 365 and having advanced Excel knowledge.
