Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and review quarterly and annual income tax provision components under ASC 740, including effective tax rate, tax expense, deferred taxes, uncertain tax positions, and disclosures.
  • •Prepare and review income tax journal entries and tax accounting impacts related to mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, purchase accounting, and legal entity changes.
  • •Review selected U.S. and international tax filings and support global compliance by managing data gaps, jurisdictional inputs, and escalating compliance issues.
  • •Support tax and financial statement audits by coordinating responses, ensuring consistent documentation, and assisting with audit strategy for international tax matters.
  • •Lead international tax projects and process automation initiatives for reorganizations, M&A integration, legal entity rationalization, and compliance improvements across EMEA and India.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MST preferred.
  • •7+ years of corporate tax experience with significant international tax exposure.
  • •5+ years of ASC 740 income tax accounting experience, including quarterly and annual provision review responsibilities.
  • •Experience reviewing U.S. and international tax calculations and filings and supporting audits with external advisors.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience with tax technology such as OneSource Tax Provision, OneSource Income Tax, or CorpTax (preferred).
