Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle Accounts Payable invoice processing, including verifying documentation, attaching to the AP system, and submitting for payment in line with SLAs/KPIs.
  • •Process payments by generating/reviewing payment selection files, submitting payment confirmations, transacting to bank, and handling payment-related tasks for vendors and beneficiaries.
  • •Perform vendor account verification and reconciliations, research discrepancies, and resolve aged AP and net debit balance items with PTP leaders.
  • •Review and process Travel & Expense claims by checking receipts/tax/approvals, amending tax codes when required, and submitting or rejecting claims with reasons.
  • •Support month-end close by preparing journal entries/account reconciliations, generating aging reports and monthly updates, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance & Accounting (or related field) with relevant qualification and experience.
  • •3-5 years of relevant experience in a shared service environment.
  • •Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • •Knowledge of SOX compliance norms relating to the PTP process.
  • •Experience using an ERP system is an added advantage.
