Job Summary

The Business Development Support Manager will coordinate end-to-end sales lifecycle processes, including deal structuring, CRM hygiene, pricing, contracting, and post-sales activities. This role partners with Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to enable revenue growth, ensure policy compliance, and drive operational excellence across Mastercard Services.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full deal lifecycle from opportunity creation to deal closure and post-sales execution
•Coordinate across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to ensure timely progress and alignment
•Partner with BD teams to structure deals, develop business cases, pricing models, and commercial constructs
•Own creation and maintenance of accurate opportunity records in Salesforce and support pipeline reporting
•Coordinate contracting and post-sales processes including invoicing, revenue recognition, and client queries

Key Requirements

•6–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Commercial Support roles
•Strong understanding of sales lifecycle processes in a B2B environment
•Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
•Exposure to pricing, contracting, and billing processes
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
