Room Attendant

Provide clean, comfortable, and safe rooms to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Clean assigned guest rooms and suites per brand standards (making beds, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom cleaning), restock amenities, remove and properly dispose of trays and linens, and handle guest requests or complaints by following through or escalating to a supervisor. Maintain cleaning protocols, keep supply areas organized, and attend promptly to guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders.
